How to develop your intuition

Intuition. A very frequent word. But tell me, how much do you really know about it?

According to our recently passed beloved Bob Proctor, every person has an aura or an energy around them, and you can learn to feel that energy. This energy also exists in animals, places and situations.
As you start interacting with someone or enter a place, really, you can feel the energy that’s coming from them.

Now, how do you do that? - You might be thinking

Intuition manifests in subtleness

Intuition can only be achieved when navigating in subtle environments. Everything in this world radiates energy and the best way to feel that energy is by being fully present.

Intuition, external validation and self-love

Focusing all your attention on who you are with or the place you are at will help you train this skill.

Now that may be hard to do. Because until we really get comfortable with ourselves, we’re generally more worried about the impression we’re giving,  we’re wondering “What do they think of me?”.

As we tend to seek constant outer validation, we focus on how to meet external expectations. And we miss the subtle environment intuition uses to manifest.

Intuition is a capability that can be trained and learned. So in acquiring this skill we are not only calibrating our inner compass but also deflating external validation needs and boosting self-love.

Intuition or how to tune into vibration

Ok so what it is that we are looking for actually in this so called subtle environment? Pay attention to what’s going on around you. What do you feel? We need to decode, translate from feeling to vibration. And that is Intuition:

  • Feeling is the language of the subjective mind.
  • Intuition picks up feeling.
  • Feeling is vibration, it’s tuned into vibration.

Therefore to train our intuition, we need to tune into vibration.

If you really want to sharpen your intuition, whenever you are talking to somebody, give them your undivided attention. Be present. And if you do that, you’re going to begin to feel things. Ask yourself  “What am I feeling?” and start to get used to what you feel. Not what you hear or see, but what you feel

Really listen to them, listen carefully. Now you hear with your ears but you listen with your emotions.
Really see the place, see carefully. Now you see with your eyes but you see with your emotions.

You’ve got to let yourself emotionally involved in what they are saying, in what you are seeing and you will feel it.

Intuition never lies.
