Exchanges and Returns
IN-STOCK AND PRE-ORDER ITEMS
If you wish to request an exchange or return, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us. Simply write to us at contact@carlotasuip.com, and we will guide you through the process.
The procedure is simple: return the item(s) to us and, once we receive them in perfect condition, we will process the exchange or refund accordingly.
After notifying us of your intention to return your order, you will have an additional 14 calendar days to send the item(s) back to us.
Please note that shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer.
HAIR ACCESSORIES
Hair accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Items purchased during sales, promotions, Outlet, or Black Friday are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Garments made to order or customised cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are specially produced for you.
